Take a journey from Negombo or Colombo to the ancient cities of Sigiriya and Dambulla and back to hotel in the evening.
Early in the morning we start the journey from the hotel to Sigiriya and Dambulla.

By the way you can pass well grown Coconut states and Pineapples growing farms and you can visit one of them also. Afterward you will be guided to the city called Dambulla. Due to it’s location at a major junction, it’s the center of vegetable distribution city in the country. In Dambulla you can explore the famous Dambulla golden rock cave temple, a sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries which has intricate patterns of religious images. Then you will direct to Sigiriya, a UNESCO world heritage since 1982 which is built by king “Kashayapa” on 5th century.

We can climb the Lions Rock and on the top we can see the “Sky fortress” with rained brick buildings, water and sewage systems and the fascinating blue surrounding area. In the city If you like you can do more activities like ride on an Elephant, Village safari to see the real county life of Sri Lanka or safari on a jeep in Minneriya National Park. 

After finishing a beautiful journey, we will drop you back to Hotel.
